【Product Characteristics】

• Has reactivity, excellent stability, lubricating performance, and fabric softening properties;
• Extremely low foam, hydrophilic, good hand feel, and easy to wash off;
• Can be applied in the same bath with cationic and non-ionic lubricants (softeners);
• When used for cotton yarn lubrication, it can significantly improve the sewability of knitted fabrics and avoid the formation of pinholes;
• Suitable for yarn wet waxing process, which can be carried out immediately after bleaching or dyeing in the dyeing machine;
• Used for yarn treatment can reduce the frictional resistance between yarns and equipment;
• Excellent acid, alkali, and salt resistance stability.

【Application Performance】

• Textile finishing: Can be used as yarn lubricant (smoothing agent), excellent anti-pinhole agent, improving the sewability, anti-friction performance, and tear strength of finished fabrics;
• Overprint varnish: Suitable as a water-based brightener for paper and film packaging materials, with an addition amount of 8%~10% in the formula;
• Water-based adhesives: Can reduce the surface energy of the system, change polarity, improve holding viscosity, enabling the adhesive to withstand harsh high and low temperature environments. Suitable for the preparation of water-based adhesives, with a recommended addition amount of 10%~50%, usually used in combination with EVA emulsion and tackifying resin, especially suitable for packaging lamination (BOPP film, PE film, etc.) and edge sealing adhesives for paper surfaces after water-based glazing;
• Polyurethane coating: Can improve the anti-friction performance of water-based polyurethane coatings, such as in wood floor sealants;
• Printing ink: Can enhance the abrasion resistance of water-based printing inks and reduce the friction coefficient of the printed surface;
• Floor wax: When compounded with styrene-acrylic polymer dispersion, it can form a dry and bright surface effect. The hardness and toughness of the wax endow the floor wax with excellent anti-rutting performance and extend its service life;
• Film-forming property: Has good compatibility with commonly used polymer dispersions, resin solutions, plasticizers, film-forming agents, and surfactants;
• Wrinkle-resistant resin fiber protectant.

【Application Process】

1. Yarn lubrication process:
   Waxing in clear water bath after dyeing of pure cotton and other cellulose fibers, man-made fibers, wool, and wool blended fibers:
   Dosage: 1%~3% owf Temperature: 25~50℃
   Process: Insulate for 10-15 minutes, dehydrate, and dry
2. Anti-pinhole agent process:
   Dosage: 10~30g/L
   Process: One dip and one roll, then dry
3. Strength protection process:
   Dosage: (Resin: 60~80g/L Catalyst: 10~15g/L Softener: 20~30g/L Strength protectant 803: 10~20g/L Glacial acetic acid: adjust pH to 4~5)
   Process: One dip and one roll or two dips and two rolls, with a pick-up rate of 70%~80%, dry at 120℃, and bake at 140~170℃ for 30~60 seconds.

【Precautions】

1. A small - scale test should be conducted in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
2. If it is necessary to use it with other additives, a small - scale test should be carried out beforehand to prevent compatibility issues.

【Storage and Packaging】

1. Store in a cool, dry and well - ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, each drum containing 125KG.
